Prepay once, reserve before work, settle by successful page

PDFScribe uses prepaid USD credit. It has no subscriptions, renewals, or recurring billing.

Pricing and prepaid credit

Standard pricing is USD 20 per 1,000 pages (USD 0.02 per page) across all processing modes, with no structured-output or table surcharge. Each invited tenant receives a one-time USD 5 welcome credit, equivalent to 250 pages at the standard rate. Approved tenant-specific price overrides remain applicable; the active price is fixed when an extraction is accepted.

Paid top-ups are USD 5 to USD 700 per payment. These per-payment limits are not a wallet balance cap.

Reservation and settlement

  1. The service verifies the completed upload and selected pages.
  2. It resolves the active mode price and reserves credit before queueing.
  3. It charges successful pages and releases failed or skipped pages.

An accepted reservation can finish when available balance reaches zero. A new extraction returns insufficient_credit when its full reservation cannot be made.
